Hello As you can see from my recent submissions I have been making protective covers for the Kobo e-reader. The Kobo e-reader is the first commercially available e-reader in New Zealand. We can't purchase the Amazon Kindle or the Barnes and Noble nook, or even the Sony E-reader here - at least not from the companies that make them (people can sell ones that they've bought overseas). So when the Kobo came out it sold out again and again - there just haven't been any readers actually in stores as the back orders keep selling out! Hey I haven't written a journal in ages! Everything is mostly going fine with me. My PhD is on target to submit by February 2011. My cat died last week :( She got a blood clot that cut off circulation to a hind leg and we had to get her put down :( We are going to get another adult cat on the weekend from a homeless cat shelter. Hey everyone I have so many pieces of jewellery now that I have decided to finally use the Etsy store I set up in 2006! This will allow me to more easily reach an international audience - so far I have sold several hundred pieces of jewellery just to New Zealanders, so hopefully international people will want to buy some as well :) I've already designed a store front and new avatar, I just have to choose the prime pieces of jewellery to put on the site.
